   Hi All, 
I'm the founder of Equidy, a 'peer-to-peer' real estate lending community, or more simply the lendingclub.com for real estate. Essentially we're a private money/ hard money firm with a techy side that offers our investors interests in secured deeds of trust within California. 

We're licensed with the California Department of Real Estate (DRE) and the National Mortgage Licensing System (NMLS) and our offerings are made under various securities exemptions.

We're an spinoff of Superior Home Loans, a private lending company that's been offering trust deed investments since 1975.
