I'm a junior advisor at an independent financial planning firm, switched jobs from managing a restaurant to training to become an advisor. Now having almost 2 years in the industry I just recently got licensed. I have no idea what to expect but I'm here for it.

This does not bode well. #1 thing - nothing else matters but finding and making people become clients. That's it. Everything else you might do, will just lead to you failing out of this career.
