i'm new to the industry (have my 7 and 66, but not in production yet) and with a wirehouse.  been lurking over at rr for the past year, but i'm looking to make this my new home!

i definitely lurk with the best of them...sifting through crap to get to the good stuff.  not a big poster as my knowledge in this arena is limited, but i'll speak up when i have something to add!

CPE - feel free to ask questions because sometimes we don't know what we don't know.  Put another way, a lot of times a simple question posed by someone new will create a great debate (and thread).
