Hello Advisorheads

I am new to the industry and would like to learn here, I am not going to dive deep into my background right now and I am aware that I may be criticized or patronized for this.

I am here to learn above all else from past posts to build a good foundation and hopefully avoid a few bumps in the road on my way.

Welcome to the group. I already have the sense you have what it takes to succeed in this business. How have you done with your personnel investments?
