I am in the industry, am licensed, and am an independent advisor and planner. I left Edward Jones a few years ago because - they suck. Been around for 20 years. I work from home with almost no overhead.

I fucked them harder than they fucked me over the years. Took almost all of the best clients and left all the trash. It gets better. I'm about to buy the building my old office is in. Take a gander at my plans for the rent when the contract expires. The fucking is about to get deeper, harder, and more painful. There is no office space available here.
